Common questions

What is the difference between maker and taker?

A maker order sits in the order book until someone matches it, so it adds liquidity and pays a lower fee. A taker order matches an existing order right away, so it takes liquidity and pays a slightly higher fee.

How is my fee tier decided?

Your tier is based on your total trading volume in the last 30 days, across all spot pairs. It updates every day. When your volume goes up, your fee goes down.

When is the trading fee charged?

The fee is taken from the coin you receive in the trade, at the moment the order is filled.

Why do withdrawals have a fee?

Every crypto withdrawal is a transaction on a blockchain, and the network charges for it. The flat fee covers that cost.

Are there any hidden fees?

No. The fees on this page are the fees you pay. Any change is posted here before it takes effect.
